My sister, Susan, wants photos of the new fish.

That’s the quarantine tank, with its gaudy artificial plants. The fish seem to all be doing well. One turquoise rainbow and three Boesmanii rainbows.

They’re tough to sex at this age, but my guess is the turquoise and one of the Boesmanii are male and the other two are female.

I’m also discovering that turquoise ‘bows are a bit aggressive. True of the big adult that now lords it over my main display tank, and true of the little guy here, who doesn’t want to let the other bows anywhere near the food when I feed them.
